Refund Policy

Free Revisions

Every order includes unlimited free revisions. If anything in your song doesn’t feel right — the lyrics, the melody, the mood or the pronunciation of a name — simply reply to your delivery email and we’ll adjust it until you love it. Revisions refine your song; they can’t completely restructure it into a different order (e.g. a brand-new story or occasion), which would count as a new song.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If after revisions the song still doesn’t move you, we’ll give you a full refund — no questions, no forms. Just make sure to:

• Request the refund within 30 days of receiving the final version of your song;
• Contact us by email or through the Contact page with your order number.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline a refund in cases of: abusive or repeated refund requests without clear justification; use of the song for commercial purposes after requesting a refund; or requests made after the 30-day window.
