Delivery Method
Our products are 100% digital — nothing is shipped physically. Your finished song is delivered by email as a secure download link, in high-quality MP3 format, to the email address you provide at checkout.
Delivery Time
Your full song is delivered within 3 hours after your order is confirmed — often much sooner. We create songs seven days a week. In rare periods of very high demand delivery may take slightly longer; if so, we’ll let you know by email.
Didn’t receive your order?
- Check your spam / promotions folders — delivery emails sometimes land there.
- Verify the email address you entered at checkout.
- Still nothing? Contact us and we’ll resend your download link right away.
Tip: double-check your email address before completing your order — it’s the address your song travels to.
