1. Purpose

The Personal Song provides a service for creating custom-made songs on demand. Each composition is created individually, based on the information the customer provides during the ordering process (the quiz).

2. Ordering Process

To place an order, the customer completes our quiz with details such as the recipient, occasion, preferred genre, voice, mood and their story. A free 60-second preview is generated first; production of the full song begins immediately after payment confirmation. The finished song is delivered by email as a download link.

3. Delivery Times

The full song is delivered within 3 hours of payment confirmation — often sooner. During periods of exceptionally high demand delivery may take slightly longer; customers are notified by email in that case.

4. Revisions

Every order includes unlimited free revisions to adjust lyrics, melody or mood. Revisions refine the ordered song; a request that completely changes the story, recipient or occasion constitutes a new order.

5. Refunds

If, after revisions, you are still not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of receiving the final version of your song, as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Usage & Copyright

You may freely use your song for personal and private purposes — gifting, sharing with family and friends, and posting on personal social media. Commercial use, public distribution for profit, or resale requires our prior written permission. We may use short, anonymized excerpts of songs for promotional purposes unless you ask us not to.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided at ordering, an incorrectly entered email address, or spam filters blocking delivery emails. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order.
